Early Stage Investments
We have a unique process for identifying technologies, and a highly experienced due diligence team. Gunston seeks high value solutions to high value problems - and then backs the solution provider. Those solutions are most frequently found in early-stage - often pre-revenue - companies and patent portfolios.
“Hands On” Involvement
Most early stage companies have incomplete or inexperienced management teams. They usually do not have, or cannot afford, a CFO, a CMO, legal counsel - and usually don't need them full time. But they do need their management experience, skills and insight. Gunston will have the economy of scale necessary to provide the help to fill in where needed.

Within each university's full community, the largest component is its alumni, offering a wealth of experience, knowledge, creativity and ambition.
